My main responsibilities are: Supervising my crew and adjusting manpower to workflow within the different departments.
My job is: Interesting!
My first ever job was: Working for my Dad’s industrial rubber shop molding rubber parts.
My favorite subject in high school was: Math.
To be good at my job you need to: Ensure good communication between the crew and the field personnel. Organization, along with safety, is at the top of the list. Keeping surroundings organized and tidy reduces accidents. If everyone goes home safe, I am doing my job well.

My least favorite part is: Commuting in the Bay Area!
How I got my start in the industry: I had a friend growing up whose dad turned me onto this industry.
My advice to someone considering coming into this industry is: Like Nike – Just do it!
